Overview:
Under the direction of a physician order, plans and implements specific physical/occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plan programsThe treatment is based on the patient's physical, developmental and psychosocial needsProvides advisory service to other team members to provide quality patient careFunctions under the direct supervision of the Director and Assistant Director.
This Physical Therapist position is working within a Mercy Family Medicine Clinic and is heavy integrated with primary care.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited B.
Sdegree, MS degree or Doctorate degree program in Physical and have passed their national registration exam.
Licensure:
Must hold current licensure in the State of Missouri.
Certifications:
Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card or complete a course within their probation period.
Other:
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnosesWorking Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements:
Patient care may include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standingPhysical demands are attached plus push at 30 lbs.
